- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Love Wells Fargo as a bank, But the hours of operation in blackfoot ID are ridiculous, closing at 5:00 is ludicrous with all the site workers and everyone else who doesn't get off work until 5:00! - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The policies and procedures of this bank along with the rudeness they use to explain them are by far demeaning and belittling. The branch manager was threatening and they could care less if they win or loose a customer. Obviously to big for their britches and certainly not small town our customer oriented. They are friendly when you are there but call them with a question about their policies and they are rude and ruthless and lack the ability to accommodate anything less than what the corporation dictates they do. Very sad, I recommend a Credit Union or a Community Bank over Wells Fargo any day.By William Wheelehan, June 14, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆its 5 stars for the people..... 1 start for the buisness hours...... everyone in blackfoot gets off at from 5 or 530..... be nice if they changed the closing time at 6pm.... then what sux is that on weekends majority of people are off..... same as the bank.... couple years ago it was open for 4 hours and that was great but now people have to go waste gas to nearest bank that closes at 4pm so how can you guys say you rated #1 IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?????
